Supplementation is very important for a healthy body. This is more important than most people realize. Most people think if they eat healthily and get plenty of fruits and vegetables, they have all the nutrition they need. That sounds good, but it’s not true.
The truth is if you don’t supplement, I can almost guarantee that you’re deficient in certain nutrients.
Sure you should be able to get all the nutrients you need by having 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. The problem is that the fresh foods you buy at the grocery store today contain only a small amount of the nutrients they once did.
