Wash your hair every two or three days
Washing your hair every day is not a good idea. It’s bad for your scalp, and it can strip away essential oils that keep your tresses looking shiny and healthy.
If you have oily or greasy roots, try using dry shampoo between washes to soak up excess oil without stripping away moisture from the rest of your locks.
